Air Flow And Filtration:
LAF Principal involves Double Filtration of Air. Atmospheric air is drawn Through Pre filter and made to pass through highly effective Mini plate HEPA(high Efficiency Particular air)Filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all airborne particle of size 0.3 Micron and larger .Double filtered air blows in laminar air flow through the work Table at designed Velocity of 90ft.min.+/- 20%, These are designed to meet class 100 requirements and as per US standard 209E, With in work Zone.

Blower motor Assembly:Duly Balanced, Direct Drive motor blower unit sized to provide adequate air flow volume over the entire surface of heap filter . Noise level lower than 65db “A” scale and vibration less than 2.5um rms.

Lighting:- Work area properly illuminated by diffused , glare free fluorescent light providing 800 LUX

U . V. Light:- Built in UV Germicidal light.

Manometer:- Fitted with manometer for static Pressure
